A 2026 award winner

The San Diego International Chapter of the American Concrete Institute gives its Residential Award to recognize excellence and innovation in the use of concrete as a building material, judging entries on the results the construction team achieves in quality and schedule as much as on the concrete itself.

KAYA won it for the structural concrete PW Concrete self-performed, from the mat slab up: the very structure that opens our jobsite film. It is the project we point to first, because the finished product reflects the work and the effort our crews put into every pour.

KAYA was also put forward for a 2026 Orchid Award, the San Diego Architectural Foundation's public-nominated program recognizing the buildings that add most to the region.
